Return Policy

JoJo & Me Boutique strives and works hard to do our best to deliver products you will love; however, we do understand that there are times when a piece doesn’t work out. If you need to make a return, here are some things you will need to know:

We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.  

Anything purchased at a DISCOUNTED price of at least 25% is FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for a return. All special sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.) are not eligible for return.

All bags/purses, backpacks, makeup, accessories, jewelry, hair accessories, hats/caps, personal hygiene items, swimsuits, bodysuits, bralettes, bras and undergarments are not eligible for return. 

Items must be returned in NEW condition meaning unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free, and with tags still attached and in original packaging. This includes smoke, deodorant, pet hair and perfume scents. Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box during shipment. DO NOT return with tape and shipping labels stuck to shoe box. If any returned items are found in the above conditions, they are subject to a 50% restocking fee and/or the item being returned to you at your cost.

How to Return Items

Please contact us at jojoandmeboutique@gmail.com for a return authorization. 

You will be responsible for the return costs. You must include your packing slip and/or order number with your return. We will not process your return without this information. We are not responsible for lost returns.


Damaged/Defective Items:
If you believe you have received a defective item, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us at jojoandmeboutique@gmail.com with pictures of the defect and order number.
